Ths Shpiel on Antisemitism at the upcoming Goldblatt Lecture

During a period when white nationalist extremists have been parading and brawling on the streets of American cities, storming and looting the U.S. Capitol, and even murdering Jews in their places of worship, debating the definition of anti-Semitism might seem to be a trivial and pedantic academic exercise. Yet it has become a hotly contested, politically controversial issue, and even within the Jewish community, there no consensus on what antisemitism is and what causes it.  The Shpiel on Hamilton's interview with Professor Dov Waxman, who will speak on the topic, "How we should think about antisemitism," at this year's Lillian and Marvin Goldblatt Lecture in Jewish Studies at McMaster University.
